RULE #2 - If the Customer is Not Right, Reread Rule # 1
I went to a Management Symposium in 1975, and one of the speakers devoted his entire presentation to 'The Customer is Always Right.' It stuck with me throughout my entire career.
If you are not pleased with any downloadable or physical product, you will be reimbursed for 100% of the cost as long as G2 Car Guy is told within 30 days of the purchase of your intention to return products.
Reimbursement for the Downloadable or Physical Product cost will be reimbursed to the Customer's account that the Purchase was made within five (5) working days from the receipt of Physical Products. Customers will be asked to Delete any Downloaded product before reimbursement. Once the customer has advised G2 Car Guy that the downloadable file has been deleted, the Customer will receive the refund within five (5) working days.
